So, this place is really falling apart. The customer service was non-existent and the bathroom had mold everywhere. Our room had a bureau that was all beat up. Breakfast was just a sad buffet and staff seemed to not care. The bed was comfy, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We had a great stay with plenty of space for our family to spread out in the One-Bedroom Suite. The kids loved the close proximity to the Roger Williams Park Zoo, which was just a short drive away. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our experience enjoyable.

My kids wished for a better breakfast selection. It would be great if they offered more kid-friendly options in the morning.
